Visa letter
You may request an invitation letter for Chinese visa application in the workshop registration form, or by directly writing to one of the local organizers.
Please note that China currently offers temporary visa-free entry for citizens of many countries in Europe, Asia and America. Please kindly check the policy before requesting the letter.
Transportation
Flight
Harbin Taiping International Airport offers direct flights to major airports in East Asia and the Russian Far East, as well as convenient connections to most major cities in China. The most convenient way to reach the city center from the airport is by taxi, costing approximately 100–140 CNY.
Train
The main train stations in Harbin are Harbin Railway Station and Harbinxi (Harbin West) Railway Station. They offer convenient high-speed rail connections to Beijing, Tianjin, and Northeast China. Metro, bus, and taxi services are readily available to downtown and the university.
Accommodation
The local organizers will arrange accommodation for participants at a preferential rate.
