Abstract: Valuations are invariants that under scissors congruence.In this talk, I will show some characterizations of the Legendre transform of convex functions in valuation theory. Those results are a valuation-theoretic version of the work of Artstein-Avidan and Milman [Ann. Math.2009], which was carried out in the framework of dualities. By slightly changing some assumptions, the Laplace transform also appears in our characterizations.
