Title: Mutual Stationarity and Rudin-Keisler capturing
Speaker: Dominik Adolf
Abstract:
A subset S of the Powerset of an infinite set X is stationary iff for every given algebra on X it contains at least one set closed under that algebra. Mutual Stationarity, first introduced by Foreman and Magidor, is a method by which we can relate stationary subsets on singular cardinals to stationary subsets on regular cardinals where stationarity is better understood. In this talk we will introduce a method of capturing potential mutual stationary sequences by non-principal measures on the powerset of a large cardinal which simultaneously project to a single normal measure. We will demonstrate how to realize a wide variety of mutual stationarity principles using this method. This is joint work with Omer Ben-Neria.
