Abstract：These talks consist of three parts. Firstly, we will introduce the definition of algebraic spaces, stacks, examples and their properties. Secondly, we will introduce adelic points on stacks, their topologies and cohomolgical obstructions. Finally, we will introduce our work on construction of stacky curves violating the local-global principle, the calculation of Brauer groups of some special algebraic stacks, and comparison of cohomological obstructions.
