Position Description: Our IASM invites applications for the above positions. The current annual salary range is between ￥270,000-￥1,000,000 (Before Tax). Salary will be dertermined by applicants' qualification. Strong promise and track record in research are required.
Besides the salary, IASM faculties will be offered household allowance (￥200,000-￥1,100,000) and starting research grant (￥300,000-￥2,000,000) according to their qualification. For distinguished professor, the household allowance and starting research grant is “one project one discussion”. IASM faculties share all benefits and responsibilities of faculty in Harbin Institute of Technology, including children education, health insurance, social insurance etc.
